Andrea has over twenty years of experience in the customer service industry, including management experience. For the last 8 years she has been working as a bookkeeper where she has learned the fundamentals of basic accounting and bookkeeping. Andrea is the newest team member to the organization taking on the Office Manager position, where she is responsible for the daily business operations such as preparing payroll, client communication, file organization and taking on the crucial administrative operations our business tackles daily.
