Robert

Robert is a land surveyor with over fifty-six years of land surveying experience, of which twenty-eight years have been providing land use planning services, as well. Robert is an Oregon Registered Professional Land Surveyor (issued in 1994), and a Certified Water Rights Examiner in the State of Oregon, issued in 1995.  He has been and is extensively involved in various organizations which include:

  • Oregon Director, National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS)
  • Oregon Tech Foundation Board Member
  • Department of Geomatics Industrial Advisory Committee for Oregon Tech. Current member and past chairman
  • Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineers and Land Surveyors (OSBEELS). Served two 4-year terms, last two years as Board President
  • Past OSBEELS Liaison for the Oregon Specific Land Surveyors Examination. Prepare, administer and grade semi-annual examinations.
  • Professional Land Surveyors of Oregon (PLSO) past-Chairman and a life member
  • City of Medford, Oregon Site Plan and Architectural Commission
  • Land Surveyor representative, City of Medford Technical Advisory Group

His involvement keeps the firm abreast of procedures and policies as well as the current Oregon Administrative Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes.  His experience consists of boundary resolution, topographic, construction service project surveys and management, land use planning, and improvement projects for numerous agencies.
